Directions:

  1. Fold doily in half (FIG. A)
  2. Tie curling ribbon on each side to form chin strap
  3. Glue curling ribbon on top to form tassel (FIG. B)
  4. Form cone and glue (FIG. C)
  5. Glue heart doily on front of hat
  6. If desired, glue on metallic stars for additional sparkle!
