Hi Carol, We tried doing an order simulation test on our end with 1pk order of item# 28943 and using US shipping address and shipping method with shipping cost are being displayed. We may suggest refreshing your browser and delete cache and cookies as basic troubleshooting.

I tried to order sku 38943, window decals. System said there was no weight and so could not process shipping costs? Can’t find a phone number to call.

This is the greatest paper ever for my classic car collages. I started using it almost 20 years ago. I go upset when I saw it was out of stock when I went to you site to ge more, but went back and it wad there.

Hi Steven, If you're using an inkjet printer, in your printer settings, try to select Glossy Photo Paper on the Paper Type menu. This could reduce the quantity of ink that will be printed on your seals, preventing them from smearing. After printing, since this is made up of part foil, we also recommend using a blow dry to completely dry up the ink, as necessary. Meanwhile, if you have access to a laser printer, you can have a better print on the product. Hope this helps.
