Shipments to the US Contiguous States are made using FedEx Ground:
For FedEx Ground – calculate 5-10 days from the confirmed shipping date.
For FedEx 2nd Day – expect to receive your package within 3 business days from the confirmed shipping date.
– 2nd Day orders received before 12.00 PM, EST – we try to ship the same business day.
– 2nd Day orders received after 12.00 PM, EST – will ship the next business day.
We use FedEx Smart Post or USPS to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses.
Based on your average daily shipping volume, FedEx Smart Post delivers your packages to a USPS facility for final delivery by a postal carrier.
Delivery time 2–7 business days, based on the distance to your destination (longer time in transit outside the contiguous 48 states).
The FedEx Shipping Estimator shows full shipping costs for all purchases including those that qualify for free shipping. Customs taxes and duties are not included.
SALES TAX
6.35% sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to Connecticut state addresses. We only charge CT tax.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are offering International shipping via FedEx Ground and FedEx Priority.
Most of our products are available for delivery outside the United States, unless specified otherwise.
To determine international delivery rates, you must log in and add the item(s) to your cart. Enter the correct shipping address.
The amount will be automatically calculated based on your delivery destination and will be displayed in the Shipping information page.
All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Delivery costs do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges, at the time of delivery.
International Orders cannot be shipped the same day. All international shipments require special documents and handling and will ship within the indicated time-frame.
