You need to carefully and firmly make an edge across the bottom of the label to get it a small amount completely across to grab firmly and start to roll it up to top using your fingernail, lifting slowly to take off. If you hit resistance at any point go to the sides and maybe top of label and do same as you did on the bottom of the label. This is the advice that we received from the product management team.
